These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the ZCC77 platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By using ZCC77, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the higher minimum age required by your jurisdiction, to register and use ZCC77. Creating an account on behalf of another person or under a false identity is strictly prohibited.
Players are solely responsible for verifying that participation in online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction. ZCC77 does not represent that its services are legal for all Pakistani residents under all applicable laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.
Accepting a bonus offer constitutes acceptance of the specific wagering requirements, game contribution rules, maximum bet limits, expiry windows and cash-out caps published with that offer. Misuse of bonuses may result in forfeiture and account review.
Each player is permitted one registered account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated funds may be forfeited. This applies across family members sharing an address or device.
Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Documents required include a valid government-issued CNIC and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Incomplete verification will delay processing.
Collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors, money laundering, and any form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and potential legal action.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User" or "you") and ZCC77 (hereinafter "ZCC77", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the online gaming and sports betting services available at https://zcc77.cam (hereinafter "the Website" or "the Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the Website or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which form part of this Agreement.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or by the operator's license conditions, to register an account or use any service on the Platform. ZCC77 takes age verification seriously. Any Player found to be under the applicable minimum age will have their account immediately closed, all associated wagers voided and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
You represent and warrant that the use of online gambling services is not prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law are not permitted to register or use the Platform. ZCC77 reserves the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction at its sole discretion. It is your responsibility to verify your own legal position — this clause does not constitute legal advice.
By registering, you confirm that you have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not acting as an agent for any third party, and that you are not a professional gambler, match-fixer or any person whose participation could compromise the integrity of the services offered.
To access real-money wagering features, you must register a single Account on the Platform. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Each individual person is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered in the same name, under a different name, or using different contact details — are strictly prohibited. ZCC77 may use technical and manual methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, ZCC77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void outstanding wagers and forfeit account balances.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. ZCC77 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account that arises from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify ZCC77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
ZCC77 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to provide the following documents at any time:
Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction. KYC verification is a mandatory anti-money-laundering (AML) measure and is not optional.
ZCC77 provides a cashier that lists payment methods currently available for deposits. These may include mobile wallet services familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa and JazzCash — as well as Raast instant payments, bank transfers (IBFT) through institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT. The availability of any specific payment method is subject to change without notice and must be confirmed in the live cashier at the time of transaction.
The Platform may display illustrative figures in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). Your Account currency and the actual currency in which deposits and withdrawals are processed will be specified in the cashier at the time of transaction. Currency conversion fees, if any, are your responsibility.
Minimum deposit amounts are set by the operator and published in the cashier. As an illustrative example, minimum deposits may be in the range of PKR 500 to PKR 2,000 depending on the method chosen. These figures are illustrative only — always confirm the current minimum in the active cashier before initiating a transfer.
All deposited funds must originate from a payment account or instrument that belongs to you and is registered in your name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. ZCC77 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit at any time as part of its AML obligations. Deposited funds may only be used for wagering purposes on the Platform.
Withdrawals may only be requested once KYC verification has been completed to ZCC77's satisfaction. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be held pending verification. Real-money balances derived from deposits (net of any applicable bonus wagering requirements) are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus balances are not directly withdrawable — only winnings derived from completed bonus wagering may be eligible, subject to cash-out caps.
Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are subject to internal compliance review. ZCC77 does not guarantee specific processing windows and does not use the term "instant" as a guaranteed commitment. Indicative timeframes are as follows:
ZCC77 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending identity verification, AML review or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
As a general rule, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. ZCC77 may require additional verification if a withdrawal is requested to a different method. This policy exists to protect against money laundering and unauthorised account access.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins and other promotional offers provided by ZCC77 are subject to specific terms and conditions published with each individual promotion. By accepting a bonus, you agree to those specific terms in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between the specific promotion terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of PKR 5,000 with a 20x wagering requirement requires total bets of PKR 100,000 before the associated winnings qualify for withdrawal. These are illustrative figures; actual requirements are specified per promotion.
While a bonus is active in your account, a maximum bet limit applies per round or transaction. Exceeding this limit — typically in the range of PKR 500–1,000 per bet or spin as an illustrative guideline — may result in the bonus being voided and associated winnings forfeited. The specific limit applicable to each promotion is published in the promotion's terms.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live-dealer games may contribute a reduced percentage (commonly 10%–20%); some game types may contribute 0%. Contributions are set per promotion and may vary. Players should verify the applicable game contribution table before placing bets with active bonus funds.
Bonuses not used or wagering requirements not met within the stated expiry period (typically 7–30 days, as specified per promotion) will be removed from the Player's account without compensation. Expiry dates and times are expressed in the timezone stated in the specific promotion terms.
ZCC77 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, close accounts and recover funds where bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; exploiting errors in bonus calculations; coordinated play designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal genuine risk; and systematic low-risk betting strategies solely designed to convert bonus funds with minimal variance.
ZCC77 reserves the right to decline, limit or void any wager at its discretion, including but not limited to wagers placed after an event has already commenced (in-play markets), wagers placed following a known outcome or wagers placed at odds that were posted in error.
Minimum and maximum stake limits per wager are published in the relevant sports or casino section. ZCC77 reserves the right to adjust personal stake limits for any account at any time, with or without prior notice, particularly where atypical betting patterns are identified.
In the event of a software malfunction, connectivity failure, or incorrect odds being displayed, ZCC77 reserves the right to void any affected wagers. "Malfunction voids all pays and play" is a standard gaming industry principle that applies to all games and betting markets on the Platform.
In the event of a dispute regarding a wager outcome, ZCC77's decision shall be final. Players must raise disputes in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and potential referral to relevant authorities:

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software code, data compilations and the arrangement thereof — is the property of ZCC77 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ZCC77.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZCC77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, arising from your access to or use of the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory.
ZCC77 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. ZCC77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.
ZCC77 accepts no responsibility for any financial losses arising from gambling activity. Gambling involves risk — you may lose the entirety of any funds deposited. You should only gamble with funds you can afford to lose.
ZCC77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, and compliance with a lawful order or regulatory requirement.
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any outstanding real-money balance (net of applicable deductions for bonus abuse, fraud or AML holds) will be processed for return in accordance with ZCC77's standard procedures, subject to satisfactory completion of any pending KYC verification.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting ZCC77 support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, you should withdraw any available real-money balance. Accounts subject to active bonus wagering requirements at the time of closure will have outstanding bonus balances forfeited.
ZCC77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, ZCC77 will endeavour to notify registered Players by email or via a prominent notice on the Website. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
The effective date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Prior versions of these Terms are available on request.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZCC77 is incorporated or licensed. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ZCC77's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your own jurisdiction. For Pakistani users, please note that ZCC77 does not hold a Pakistani gaming licence and does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts solely by virtue of serving Pakistani users.
